At the Gala de la Chanson de Caraquet, which took place on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, Artisti awarded a $1,000 prize for the best performance to Ginette Landry from Dieppe, New Brunswick.

Artisti and UDA also presented a three-hour workshop for the finalists in the Performer category—Ginette Landry, Renelle Lévesque and Mélissa McGraw—as well as those in the Singer-Songwriter category—Justin Gauvin, Frédérik Guitard and David Puhacz.
